The last two months of 23 were a strange and long.

The LA make life so much harder than it needs to be.

This hasn’t changed. Its not the people that make it hard but the process put in place and the so many different levels of management that need to approve things and even then the process still leaves people not knowing or able to authorize things.

My ND person is moving forwards in ways that amaze me.

A family trip away over the Christmas period showed us how much we have moved forward as a family.

I can’t do this without my wife.

Still stand by this!
